Fantastic is a foul-mouthed idiot wearing sunglasses with a theoretical degree in physics. (You can listen to some of his dialogue in New Vegas on YouTube.) Twenty years later, he's making a cameo in Second Dawn. You don't have to perfectly mimic his voice; the attitude is what's important.


Fantastic will appear in the third episode.
