About:

This is Randy Ripper, a plague doctor-cowboy who becomes the next big villain after June joins the DCBA. He works for the Diamond City Villain Association, and he’s just as silly as he is evil… or, he’s just as evil as he is sweet? Either way, it’s hard to say whether or not he’s very good at his job. One moment he’ll be trying to damn the whole world, the next, he’s helping an old lady cross the street… Honestly, he’s just a goofy guy who loves mayhem. And rats. Lots and lots of rats.
