Class Session 2
PhillMoss for Role
Full details of homework is on Closing Credits
Your tone tends to stay within a static pattern throughout the performance, so I want you to play around with things like pacing, pauses, emphasis, pre life, etc so that you can bring a really natural feel to this. Of course, the focus is on articulation this week but this is just something to think about for any audition and future homeworks.
Your articulation is good, but make sure you really hit not only the beginning and middle of the words, but also the ends. You don't want your words to blend and slur together and become jumbled.
Halfway through, you start to lose on those T's, making them turn to D's like in Peter, so try your best to keep that consistency and hit those T's. The more you over articulate and work on tongue twisters, the easier it'll be to make everything flow more naturally. Overall, good work!
