Chiharu is a occurring character in the series. She is arguable Sakuras most prominent friend after Tomoyo. I'd like someone who I can depend on when I go back to as she isn't in every episode and will only be minor in most episodes.  


For the voice I'd like a sickly sweet youthful voice who can maintain that when switching into full yandere mode when Yamazaki pushes her. If you'd like inspiration look at Rina Chans Aerith in FFXVII Abridged.
