Stef is regarded as the leader of the group, being the one to originally bring everyone together. He's impulsive, indecisive, and often excitable. He wants to think of himself as a good person, but is forced to reckon with the fact that he's not. He's closest with Mylo, and they often banter and argue. His voice is fatherly, in a lower tone, but still relatively expressive. His voice is kind, especially when speaking to Olivia or Annette.
He has the most lines out of anyone in the game by far, with 252 lines.
