Make sure that you project so that it fits the scene of being in a gym with no mic and you need everyone to be able to hear you. You're speaking pretty low right now so it doesn't bring out that believability. You want the audience to be able to hear it and know exactly what's going on.

I can hear a lot of micro breaths between words and you running out of breath here and there. Find breaks and breath marks where you can take a nice big breath and fill up your lungs so that you can push through more words and not have to disrupt the flow of your performance. There are a lot of pauses you have between words so tighten them up a little and really think about how you naturally speak.

Don't be afraid to smile! Having a smile can naturally brighten your tone and give it a more friendly sound. Right now you sound a bit uninterested in what you're talking about, so you want to be able to bring that confidence and knowledge of what you're speaking about to whoever you're speaking to.
