Despite setback after setback, Eggman now finds victory in the palm of his hands with the help of a mystical gem called “The Phantom Ruby”. With his latest instrument of destruction, he has successfully defeated Sonic and conquered the world with the help of the Phantom Ruby, disposing of the Resistance will be no problem.
(Scheming and maniacal) "Everyone will see the changes I have planned. A world suited to my vision! A world without that loathsome hedgehog… A world without Sonic! Aha-ha-ha-ha!"
(Excited) "Quip all you want, rodent, it won’t ruin my good mood. In fact, I’m actually quite glad to see you, the both of you. It wouldn’t be the same not having you two here to witness my long-awaited victory!"
