Tony is an Italian-American who lived most of his life in New Reno, Nevada. After a couple years, he moved south and into the Mojave where he settled in Goodsprings. Now, he's the proud owner of "Tony's Wares" where he sells armament and other sorts of equipment that the daily wasteland survivor might need. Of course, the courier will interact with Tony and dialogue will lead to a whole new questline that could possibly be the beginning of a series for "The Italian Job".

So pretty much, I need a young but mature Italian American accent that isn't too strong but casual. On the outside he's a happy, calm, casual businessman. On the inside, he's a hardcore mobster mindset, and highly intelligent with every move he makes for himself and his business. He doesn't play his cards all at once and pre-calculates any moves or opportunities in front of him.
