Kyoya Ootori (鳳 鏡夜)

Ōtori Kyōya is a 2nd-year student at Ouran Academy who is also the cost-conscious and calculating vice-president of the Ouran Host Club that he co-founds with his best friend, Tamaki Suoh As the vice-president of the Host Club, Kyoya handles all financial and planning aspects, from managing merchandise sales budgets, to financing Tamaki's outlandish plans. His attitude towards customers is confident and charming, and he is described as the "Cool" type.
