"Onion" is a voice in your head. It is very fearful and suspicious of everything and everyone. Without listening to it, you will die, but listen to it too much, and you won't do anything worthwhile.
The voice should be relatively clear for dialogue purposes and sound very human. Other than that, the voice is completely up to interpretation based on the personality.
