He is a smart yet naïve orange kitten. He is Petey's clone/"son", and is who inevitably sets Petey on the path of "goodness". Li'l Petey is very joyful and silly, like his father Petey was when he was little. He tends to interrupt Petey frequently with jokes, and asks him "Why?" repeatedly. He is a bright light in the world, meant to showcase what Petey might have been like if his life had turned out differently. He looks up to Dog Man, and wants to be just like him when he grows up.
He should be played as very cutesy, oblivious to any traits that might annoy his "father". He thinks good of everyone. Basic singing ability preferred.

Dog Man is my friend! He saved me from a buncha weirdos. Dog Man goes "Grrrr!" "Ruff ruff ruff!" And then Dog Man scared 'em away, and said "Ruff! Bark bark!"
