Augmented Prime for Soundwave
Soundwave is one of Megatron's most dependable troops, and he has secured a comfortable and irreplaceable position in the Decepticon high command hierarchy. Despite being Megatron's "only" Communications Officer, Soundwave serves as a confidant, comparable in rank to Starscream and Shockwave but, unlike them, completely dedicated to his commander. Though stern and lacking in outward personality (as indicated by his monotone computer-style speech), Soundwave is not without motivation: he has worked hard to be where he is, and he fiercely defends his position in the Decepticon hierarchy.
