Masamune is the older brother of Sagiri, and typically a high school student at the same time. He's an author of his own manga series, which he co-produces with his sister, Eromanga-sensei, but has no idea it's actually her until after a while. She typically creates "rude" drawings, so Masamune assumes for a while that Eromanga-sensei is just an old perverted male.
Masamune has been longing for years to see his little sister, who always hides in her room and refuses to attend school. She makes her living by the manga and light novels they make together secretly. Because of this, Masamune always comes to her door everyday with a tray of his cooking and washes her laundry. It's later found that, though, Sagiri prefers to wash her own underwear.
