《 Main Side Character 》 Drowsy or Delanie is a product of Pierre's experiments after messing up so many times during Azriel's shows. They have a whispery voice and are sometimes called the storyteller as that's mainly what they do. They are kind of friends with cassie but not really. Their Voice Actor Claim is Tara Strong and they need a whispery, soft but also rough voice.
