This character's name is "Goblin."
Goblin is a voice in your head that likes to collect trinkets, doodads, and most importantly things that don't belong to them. Goblin is a little haphazard and, while they don't mean ill for others, they still often don't think too deeply about the consequences of their actions.
While the voice must be mostly clear for dialogue's sake, a little raspiness and higher pitch wouldn't hurt anything. Aside from that, I am open to your interpretation of this character's voice.
