For a: soprano/high Pitch, timid, and shy character

I’m looking for a voice talent who can capture a similar personality and tone to the character in the game's dub. The ideal voice should be:

1. Soprano or High Pitch

2. Timid and Shy

3. Soft-spoken, but with enough emotion

4. Close to the character's voice and personality in the dub (please refer to this if you haven't already) 
5. Mikan is a paranoid, and fragile character with low self-esteem. She is easily intimidated, cries easily,
