Her power is drawn by relishing in cookies’ fears and terrors. She uses that goo and morphs it to emanate that terror cookies have, digging it up to the surface and feasting upon the cookies’ fears. The fear she gathers only feeds into her power, allowing her to become more and more formidable and able to control even cookies at once.
