A young, eccentric astronomer and engineer. She is a bit clumsy, a bit aloof, but she is not stupid. They have a very unique and optimistic outlook on life, and truly believes in the possibility of a future where there are no more wars, if people could only see how similar they all really are.

This is a major background character. They will appear in the second episode and have brief appearances after that in the form of letters. She will become a more constant character later in the series.
