Milo's paternal uncle, who is helping him, and his incapacitated dad, manage the funeral home.
His decisions have come into question by Milo as he finds them to be inconvenient, i.e. hiring Josh who used to bully him back in school. Despite this, he knows that his uncle means well and wants to help the family as best as he can.
I imagine him to sound a bit like Father Brown from, well, Father Brown: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfZY0tEq8iw

- british (estuary)
The sides they read from:
(as he's leaving) Grand, see you Monday, then! Be sure to call me if you need anything.
(shaken) Did you see anything before you left, Milo?
