Mikoto Aiura is a gyaru soothsayer who believes Kusuo is her soulmate. As Mikoto's fortunes are canonically always correct unless Kusuo changes the timeline, this must have been true at one point, if not necessarily true at the end of the series. She and Reita tackle problems Kusuo cannot solve on his own. Mikoto is one of the few non-family members who knows about Kusuo's powers, along with Reita and Touma.
