Castor for Akechi Touma (Side)
Touma Akechi was one of the very first friends Saiki Kusuo had in elementary school. He later transfers into PK Academy and is able to confirm the existence of Kusuo's powers. Touma has been brutally straightforward since he was a child, and would always talk about whatever is on his mind. He relentlessly responds to anyone, like how he talked back to his classmate Takashi, despite continuously being bullied by him.
