More Hee-Hees than Michael Jackson! Decent gravel, but surprisingly not gravely enough. Think Dr. Claw from Inspector Gadget.(I personally think the "heeheehee" is supposed to sound playful and mischievous, like a small child delivery with a Dr Claw voice)
