VOICE: akin to rain whispers from the owl house! (https://youtu.be/FijRsB2kJhM?t=22) medium low-ish. firm, organized, 'know-it-all'. the way they speak almost seems like they tip-toe on each word. it's abstract to say but i hope that makes sense. 

CHARACTER: Monarch Moon, also known as Montgomery, is a God. They are the moon, but sometimes, if not all of the time, they put their energy into a more welcoming, humanoid vessel, living in a library within their true one. they write countless books and works of poetry inspired by their solitude, love, and observation. especially of earth. They act strange and are kind of a nerd. And a doormat but working on it, priding themself on how they've come to be. Though, getting into fights with their wife, the sun, often has them retreating back to their old ways. they have witnessed the sun's anger first-hand when she lead humans to extinction, and would rather bite their tongue than bring doom upon yet another lifeform. 

(as serious as that sounds - catastrophe ends up avoided via sappy coos of reconcile. it's planned for this to be a running gag. but we'll see.)
