He and Fala, Lushika’s handmaiden, get along VERY well, however. Even someone with his mentality can’t handle Fala’s meek and adorable charm. Whenever Koroku can take time away from guardianship, he will drink to his hearts content with Hitawe and the other males in their clan.

Oh, this is pretty damn good! The emotion here is great! I really like that you added some inflections on lines 2 and 3! I would say naturally it could sound a bit deeper, but solid overall!
