Bruce Cooper is a minor antagonist and one of The Governor's main soldiers. Unlike Martinez, he is fully loyal to The Governor and assists him from cutting off Rick's hand by holding Rick down to the torture of Michonne; guarding the door outside the entire time. Bruce also has a scene where he confronts Glenn and actually ends up shooting him in the chest. Bruce dies during the assault on the prison when he is shot through the throat by Andrea.
He makes his first appearance alongside The Governor in Issue 27 and has his final appearance in Issue 43 in a flashback, having 10 issues in total.
What we are looking for with Bruce Cooper:
Bruce is a tall, burly African American in his late 30s. Previously a mechanic, he should have a deep and stoic voice as he follows the orders of The Governor.
