Makoto Hanaoka is one of the 3 leads. Since his early childhood Makoto has loved cute things. Due to his androgynous appearance many other parents would comment on how girly he looked. His mother, being a traditionalist, greatly frowned upon this and tried to curb his interest in cute things and act more like how she viewed a boy to be like. In the end, to hide his love of cute things from his mother, ends up transferring to a new high school where he crossdresses.
