Hong Meiling is a recurring minor character. Coming from China, Meiling currently works as a gatekeeper for the Scarlet Devil Mansion. There is more to her than that, though. She's pretty chill when you're not trying to get into the SDM. She's generally chill when not serious, loves Shonen manga, and even works part-time as a model!
