First off, I'd just like to say that I'm glad you're interested in this role, Fox. As somebody who's watched your Helluva Boss comic dubs, it's a real delight. Now, back to the audition. The line reads were okay, but they sounded a bit too young. Also, for some reason, the CCC interface doesn't fully describe what I'm looking for with the voice. So I'll give you the skinny. Nathaniel is a withered, old, southern bird. So his voice should match Rip Torn's Zeus from Hercules or Sam Elliot. So, if you wish to do it again with those factors in mind, that would be fine.

Nathaniel Hawkingfisher is a retired adventurer from the 1940s. In his heyday, he would discover so many creatures and cultures that he would make a name for himself. As time passed, he would shift his focus from adventuring to family. While he has had issues trying to connect with his birth son, he would put all his love and attention on his grandson Malco, hoping he will bring honor back to the family name.
