He has a voice that's something similar to Dr. Facilier from Princess and the Frog or Oogie Boogie from Nightmare Before Christmas. He's a sweet talker and all around pretty slick. Looking for a medium low-low range voice. (Cajun accent would be appreciated, though I'm open to interpretations without one.)
