Tovus is a big, brutish hulk of a human who seems to have made it his goal in life to make others miserable; especially Jaden who he calls a hybrid due to his true and adoptive families being from different cultures. He isn't the smartest man, his only "smarts" being when he delivers punches, but in the face of true danger, he would be the first one to throw women and children out of the way to insure his own safety. He has a short appearance in one episode, but he may return someday.

He has a deep confident, know-it-all voice that has a bit of a drawl to it perhaps like Gaston from Beauty and the Beast, but maybe not as articulate when he speaks
