Katherine is Jeanne's mother. She is a very bossy meif'wa and doesn't seem to care about Jeanne's emotions. The reason she is like this is because she and her husband own a business, and because they never had a son and Jeanne is an only child, which makes Jeanne the heir to the throne of her company. She doesn't want her daughter to be with boys because she thinks it will be distracting. She yells a lot throughout the series, so prepare for voice cracks.
