The Rose with Golden Thorns. 

There's pretty much no info on who Amy is. But in our movie continuity, she's a defender of Planet Mobius. A hotheaded, care-free, and independent persona. She thinks she can do everything on her own, but is rather unexperienced, yet she is weighed down by the responsibility of defending her world.

As for the voice, we have two actors to reference in mind: Gillian Jacobs & Alice Lee. Which one you do is up to you, hell, do both of them if you want to! As long as you have those actors in mind when doing this interpretation of Amy. Feel free to take some inspiration from her scenes from Sonic Frontiers as well.
