Correction - apologies for my error in this audition, I mistook your announcement video as the reference music - I don't want to delete this audition, but I'll link a piece here in this comment that is somewhat similar to that reference track below. It doesn't have a lot of electronic elements but - if you hear my original audition attachment and this track, I can assure you that I am able to combine both elements to produce something similar to what you've referenced and are looking for.
