Cleetus is the first boss that Hank faces in Hothead Hank! Cleetus isn't very bright, not by a long shot. But DAMN does he know how to set up traps and use a rifle. Where he lacks in book smarts he makes up for in strategy. He hunts just about anything that moves in his line of sight, and the bigger the better!
