Tomohiro Yamasaki, the Ultimate Linguist. This is the classic "weird looking" character that's standard for every Danganronpa entry. He's absolutely bursting with energy, and often talks fast, even in other languages. In order to voice this character, you need to have a good understanding of how to pronounce things, or be dedicated to listening to pronunciations. His voice could be pretty much whatever, when it comes to male voices, but it should be unique, and possibly able to change to other voices. Have fun!
