Description: Livia is a reaped tribute from District 4, the district of fishing. Although she has been training at the Academy with the intention of volunteering when she turns 18, her name is drawn this year. The rules prevent volunteers when the reaped tribute is an Academy trainee. Livia is deeply insecure but strives to do her best. Her strengths lie in her speed and agility. In the Games, she relies heavily on her alliances to survive. She is cheeky but gets embarrassed way too easily.
