Description: Rox is a volunteer tribute from District 2, the district of masonry and defense. Considered the strongest candidate for tribute, she feels pressured by the Academy to volunteer for the Hunger Games - preventing someone with lower chances of victory from participating/being reaped. Rox shows unmatched physique and exceptional hand-to-hand combat skills. Despite the brutal nature of the Hunger Games, Rox manages to preserve her humanity, showing a maternal /older-sisterly instinct by protecting the weaker members of the alliance. She is very tough, but has a kind heart, a sweet side of hers, and strong morals. She falls in love with Daemon, a troubled addict who is deeply moved and inspired by her example.
