This character is a smaller role. He pops up once during one of the endings of this project. This character voice is expected to be on the low side. Bass, in music terms. The character is odd in now much is presented about his character besides the fact that he seems chill. He's relaxed about the situation he's in and rather not spend too much emotional energy. He does like talking to people though, and if he can get a good laugh out of them, it means he's doing something right. But if things get serious, he'll tend to turn them the other way, or find a way to avoid it all together. Software wise, use whatever will get you a good clean cut of the line. As long as it can make Wavs and mp4, I'm all for it.
