PROTAGONIST. Urgent casting. There is a script live currently that involves him. Speaks quite a lot. (There are only a few episodes where he is not speaking and/or present.)


A refugee from Occido who was born without an arm. He becomes an immigrant of fortress New Interitus after being recruited to work for the Phulax, a government military force.

In my mind, he has a soft medium pitched voice.
