PartyNoob, or Poob, is a NPC that can be found in-game, and will enter the elevator.
PartyNoob has the appearance of a stereotypical Roblox noob. They have a yellow head and arms, a blue torso, and green legs, however Poob's color palette comparing to regular Roblox noob is inaccurate due to his legs having a dark green color instead of yellowish green. They also have a custom ":3" face, a purple party hat with colorful stars on it, and a party horn that can be in a random color, but is depicted as red in most official renders. It has been officially declared that PartyNoob is bald and so is any character which doesn't have visible hair.
In their Halloween appearance, they wear a rainbow clown costume with rainbow stars on the outfit and a party hat, and they have a red clown nose on their face, and on their torso there are yellow, green, and blue buttons, and the right side of their torso wears a rainbow flower, and also There is a clown collar around the neck.
In their Halloween 2023 appearance, they wear a clown-like costume with the left half colored white with a dark purple star pattern and the other half dark purple with a white star pattern. They also wear a yellow flower on the upper right part of their torso and a white party hat with dark purple stars.
In their Christmas 2023 appearance, they wear a Christmas tree hat and a blue hoodie with a lighter blue snowflake pattern. PartyNoob is a happy-go-lucky individual with a love and borderline obsession for partying. Most of their dialogue relates to partying, birthdays, or something related to those topics. Their constant happiness occasionally annoys the other NPCs, especially Pest. Despite their happy exterior, they have been hinted at being affiliated with MR in some way, albeit unwillingly. It has also been hinted that PartyNoob's happy attitude is a coping mechanism due to things that they've seen.
I see him as a silly little dude who just loves partying, have a light-hearted and comfortable voice for this character :)
