She's spiteful for anything lurking her path, and she acts a lil bit like Shmeargle from Lord of the Rings by a smeadge? (Correct me if I'm wrong about that, I'm not too much of a cultured being, oops-), anyway her voice would sound like Stix from Sonic Boom if she acted like the Wicked Witch of the West from Wizard of Oz.
