Project! Think about the scenario of being in a gym with no microphone and someone at the far end needs to be able to hear you speaking. Your voice right now is great for someone in front of you, up close but not for the distance needed. We want your voice to have a lot of power and pushed out so use your diaphragm, take a big deep breath and let your voice be heard.You had some pronounciation issues and some words you changed up like "rates" to "ratings" so make sure you stay accurate to the script. Most clients want you to stick with the words given and sometimes changing words can change up the whole sentence and meaning. For auditions, just rememeber to listen back to them and fix any mistakes you hear (homework its fine since we want you to leave everything in).Take bigger breaths so that you're able to handle more words and get through more. I can hear you take a breath but when you start speaking it doesnt have that power of having a lot of air in it. You dont wanna start out with a little bit cause you're voice will start to get weaker faster as you read through. And it helps to make it sound like a natural conversation vs being read more as a cold read.Keep doing your exercises and keep on practicing! You'll see the improvement as the weeks go on!
