If selected, you will be trained by observing the directors.

    •    Responsibilities: Assist in creative decision-making, oversee project progress, and ensure the studio’s vision is maintained. Act as a point of contact when the director is unavailable.

    •    Skills Needed: Experience in animation or creative supervision, strong communication and leadership skills.

    •    Compensation: Volunteer with deferred payment based on future studio revenue.
