Good ol' Dodoria. As with Freeza, anyone auditioning for this character should expect me to hunt them down in a couple years when we get to Z. Also as with Freeza, and all characters for that matter, don't feel obligated to do an impression of the dub voices. You can if thats what feels right to you but I want to encourage the extra creativity. 
Dodoria is a light hearted person who actually kind of likes Saiyans but also will follow orders no matter what.
