Ms. Pac-Man is Pac-Man's wife, but we all know what happened so we don't talk about that. But she's included in the Rally-X Marathon with Pacster, and the other Namco Characters! I thought of a Ghostly Adventure Style for Pepper because I thought it'll look nice, plus, it's not my version of Pepper in GA Form.
You can make her voice sound like a young female adult or make her sound similar to Luz from The Owl House.
