Columbina, the Damselette is the the Third Harbinger and considered to be the most unusual even by some of her fellow Harbingers.

Columbina is primarily shown to be uncaring and oblivious to the world around her while also being extremely unpredictable as to whether she answers a question someone asks or not and always has the distinction of answering in a unique way should she deign to answer the question at all. She is also considered by many of the lower ranked Fatui such as Childe to be extremely dangerous.

Columbina has a very lazy way of speaking, almost always sounding as if she is either bored or just woke up from a pleasant nap though she can also come across as utterly devoid of emotion being almost unfeeling towards others.
