Elizabeth Carter (Scarlett's Mum - SIDE CHARACTER)

Elizabeth is Scarlett’s Mum. Elizabeth is quite a care-free parent and Scarlett’s dad is more of the strict one aka he’ll kill any boy that comes near her. But her mum is the opposite and actually encourages her to go out with boys and go partying. She acts more of a friend to her daughter and her younger son but does have her mother moments. When she’s with her high school/college girl friends she’s a bit different. She turns into a very hyper fan girl and basically acts like a teenager again. Speaking of fan girling she and her other 2 girl friends ship Blake and Scarlett so hard maybe even more than Sunny. Her other 2 girl friends are Lexi April and Paige Henderson (aka Hailey & Sam’s mum). Did we mention that they are even more of a fan girl of Megan Trainer aka they quote her religiously and only blast her music. She has dark dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. (FEEL FREE TO ADD ANY CUSTOM LINES YOU THINK THE CHARACTER WOULD SAY!)
