Shuya! for Youko Shiragami
Youko is half-vampire, and Asahi's crush, in this series I'll be tweaking her backstory a bit, and having her share the main protagonist with Asahi. She's cheerful, bubbly, innocent, naturally curious about the world, and while she's worried about her secret getting out she's more worried about Asahi who overstresses himself trying to keep her secret. She's clueless to Asahi's affection towards her, and will spend the entire series trying to figure out why Asahi cares for her so much, despite the answer being obvious to just about everyone.
The following are the changes and backstory I've added that will be referenced throughout the series:
- Youko being a vampire means she can live far longer, but her brain takes longer to develop, making learning anything take twice as long as it would a normal human, which is why she's often referred to as dense, and will be used as a joke
- Her secret has been revealed before, but she faced extremely negative reactions from this, even from friends she considered close, so Asahi being okay with her being a vampire is a big deal to her

(Youko was is stretching her wings after a long day, being relieved) "Nothing beats spreading my wings in an empty classroom" Asahi walks into the classroom "Heh?" (Youko slowly realizes that she's been caught, slowly building up to a scream before fully screaming
Surprisingly enough, most people freak out at the sight of the "real" me...and I was fine with that, I expected that...so this is new-scary for me too...Are you really not afraid of me?
(Youko is trying to encourage Asahi believing he has a crush on another girl, she's extremely overconfident in her abilities) Don't worry Asahi! Believe it or not, I'm pretty good at reading people...Nagisa may be cruel and cold, but there's a heart there somewhere, and I think you have a chance! I'M ROOTING FOR YOU!
