He's the ruler of LadybugVille and has a deep hatred for flies. he wants to exploit all of them and take over FlyVille. as he already took a bunch of the city, Klotep tries to stop him while stealing stuff mostly from his companies that drown FlyVille in despair. he has a loud, raspy voice.
