We are looking for a talented English Voice Director who can also voice one of the characters in the 3D/CGI animated series Heroes of the Elements. This unique role requires someone who can not only guide and direct voice actors to deliver their best performances but also take on a character of their own within the series. The ideal candidate will have experience in voice directing and voice acting, with a deep understanding of character development, emotional range, and storytelling.

• Voice Director Duties:

  • Direct voice actors to ensure they deliver performances that match the character's emotions, story arc, and overall series tone.
  • Work closely with the creative team, including animators and producers, to bring the characters and dialogue to life.
  • Guide voice actors through the script, providing constructive feedback and encouraging the best vocal delivery.
  • Edit and enhance voice recordings to ensure high-quality sound, tone, and timing.
  • Assist in casting and managing voice talent for various characters.
  • Collaborate with the sound team to synchronize voice recordings with animation, ensuring perfect timing with the animation.
  • Maintain consistency of voice performances across episodes and seasons.

• Voice Actor Duties:

  • Provide the voice for one of the main or supporting characters, bringing them to life through emotion, tone, and delivery.
  • Work alongside the director to match the character’s voice with their personality, backstory, and evolution throughout the series.
  • Record dialogue for episodes, promotional content, and additional scenes as needed.
  • Adjust voice performance based on direction or script changes, ensuring the character’s voice evolves with their storyline.

• Proven experience as a Voice Director with a portfolio or demo reel that showcases your directing ability.
• Strong voice acting skills, with the ability to bring a character to life using varied tones, accents, and emotions.
• Experience in the animation or gaming industry is highly preferred.
• A deep understanding of voice acting techniques and the ability to guide other voice actors in improving their performance.
• Excellent communication skills, able to provide clear direction and feedback in a constructive manner.
• Familiarity with audio recording software and editing techniques (such as Pro Tools, Audacity, or similar).
• Passion for animation and storytelling, with a keen interest in helping create memorable characters.
